The Hamburg U-Bahn is a rapid transit system serving the city of Hamburg, Germany, and the system also reaches two nearby cities, Norderstedt and Ahrensburg. The system began operation in February 1912, and four lines and 91 stations serve the cities.
The system is divided into fare zones with different ticket prices. Metro operates from Sunday to Thursday, 04:00 - 01:00. Friday and Saturday, metro operates around the clock.
